Let's make Christmas wreath bread with children in the holidays!!
Ingredients:
Strong flour-200g
Sugar-15g Salt-3g
Dry yeast-3g
Butter-15g
Milk-110 ml
Instructions:
Strong flour and salt in a bowl with sugar then add dry yeast and mix.
Add milk and when the powder comes together, knead well by hand. (Please adjust the amount of water or powder slightly by watching the situation.)
Add butter and knead.
After kneading for a while, the dough becomes smooth.
Primary fermentation with plastic wrap Cut the dough into 3 equal parts and re-roll.
Stretch each into a rod with a length of about 40 cm.
Stop the edges of the three doughs then make a braid
When you have a braid, loop it and stop the end.
Secondary fermentation (soften the wrap and leave it for 10 minutes)
Bake in a 180 degree oven for about 30 minutes.
Decorate with a ribbon to finish.
